I’ve navigated the Massachusetts rental market for 25 years, and I work with both landlords and renters.

For landlords, I understand tenant screening, landlord obligations, housing assistance programs, marketing rental properties, and what it takes to find qualified tenants who are a good fit.

For renters, I understand just how challenging the Massachusetts rental market can be. I help renters navigate the process, understand their options, work with housing assistance programs, and present themselves as strong applicants to prospective landlords.

I’m also active in tenant advocacy and housing education, sharing information about Massachusetts housing, landlord-tenant issues, and resources available to our community.
